PERSONALIZED ATTENTION & MOTIVATION: Have dedicated one-on-one sessions to get personalized attention, coaching, and motivation. This helps you stay focused, accountable, and motivated to reach your fitness goals. NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE & EDUCATION: Learn basic nutritional guidelines that will support you in making healthy food choices that align with your fitness goals. Recommendations and education on balanced nutrition will complement your training efforts. LIFESTYLE COACHING: Receive guidance on adopting a healthy lifestyle beyond the training sessions. CONSULT WITH YOUR CARE TEAM (when applicable): Your coach will establish open lines of communication with your medical team, including physicians, physical therapists, and any other relevant healthcare professionals.
